Classmate Information Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability
By providing your personal information, photos, or biographical updates to the West Carrollton High School 50th Reunion Committee (the “Reunion Committee” or “RC”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding its publication on the RC’s website and in the commemorative reunion booklet:
- Voluntary Submission: All information, including but not limited to names, contact details, photos, and personal stories, is submitted voluntarily by classmates or gathered from publicly available sources.
- Purpose of Publication: This information is published solely to facilitate connection among classmates, celebrate the school’s 50th anniversary, and compile a historical record for the commemorative booklet and official website.
- No Shared Liability: The RC, its individual members, volunteers, and any affiliated organizers shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or unauthorized third-party use of the published information.
- Waiver of Litigation: By participating in the reunion activities or submitting information, you expressly release, waive, and discharge the RC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, including potential litigation regarding privacy violations, defamation, or emotional distress, arising out of the publication of this data.
- Removal Requests: If you wish to have your information or photo removed from the official website, please contact the RC in writing at westcarrolltonclassof1977@gmail.com. The RC will make reasonable efforts to remove the digital content promptly, though printed materials (such as the commemorative booklet) cannot be altered after publication.
